Foreclosure firm Shapiro & Fishman has hired a new partner from Broad & Cassel to lead its foreclosure litigation team. The move seeks to improve the firm’s handling of residential foreclosure suits along with its image after a wave of negative publicity for foreclosure firms. The partner is Ronald Gaché, a partner at Broad & Cassel’s West Palm Beach office. The firm will also be renamed Shapiro, Fishman & Gaché. [Sun Sentinel]
