The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom house at at 2519 Sea Island Drive in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.995 million Broward County home saw a $500,000, or 20 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.495 million when it hit the market in February 2010. The 6,090-square-foot, waterfront home in Las Olas Seven Isles sits on a 10,807-square-foot lot and has a gourmet kitchen, upstairs loft and balcony off the master suite.
