According to Forbes’ new list of America’s most miserable cities, Miami
checks in at second on the list, after Stockton, Calif. The data
looks at 10 factors, including unemployment, crime and taxes, along
with weather, commute times and even how the local sports team is doing.
Home values also factor in to the rankings. Due to its
nation-leading amount of foreclosure filings and the fifth highest
foreclosure rate, Miami is second on the list. According to the list,
only Miami’s good weather and lack of a state income tax kept it from
the top spot. [Forbes]
