Construction complete at Wells Fargo hotels

Suffolk Construction announced the completion of the hotel and office
towers adjoining the Wells Fargo Financial Center in downtown Miami, including the
new JW Marriott Marquis Hotel and the Hotel Beaux Arts. “This property
necessitated the use of all the different types of advanced construction
components and techniques that one could possibly find in such a
project,” said Scott Prince, senior project manager at Suffolk. The two
office towers adjoining the structure are now the largest steel
structure in South Florida. TRD
