AIDS group expands in Miami Beach

The AIDS Healthcare Foundation continues to expand its Miami Beach facilities with the purchase of a former residential and office property at 1509 West Avenue from Alton XV, broker CresaPartners announced today. The new, 2,000-square-foot facility will be in addition to the healthcare facility, pharmacy, clinic and thrift store located at a two-story property on Michigan Avenue, which it purchased late last year for $3.18 million. AHF paid $975,000 for its latest building, which sits on a 7,500-square-foot lot. TRD
