The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 316 Royal Plaza Drive in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.495 million Broward County home saw a $255,000, or 7 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.875 million when it hit the market in June 2009. The price was last cut to $3.75 million in April 2010. The 6,041-square-foot waterfront home sits on a 12,000-square foot lot and has views of the Intercoastal Waterway and an open floor plan.
