The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 1615 SE 19th Avenue in Lauderdale by the Sea, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.795 million Broward County home saw a $380,000, or 17 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.495 million when it hit the market in May 2010. The price was last cut to $2.175 million in August 2010. The 4,534-square-foot waterfront home sits on a 7.500-square foot lot and has a new gourmet kitchen and guest quarters on the third floor.
