The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium unit, penthouse #2505, at 4240 Galt Ocean Drive in Fort Lauderdale’s L’ Ambiance, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.195 million Broward County home saw a $304,000, or 12 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.999 million when it hit the market in October 2009. The price was last cut to $2.499 million in December 2010. The 4,629-square-foot penthouse has direct oceans and Intracoastal Waterway views and 11-foot ceilings.
