Former Dolphins owner H. Wayne Huizenga’s former home at 516 Mola Avenue
in Fort Lauderdale may have more potential as a teardown — although, at more than two acres,
it’s reportedly the largest waterfront assemblage in Fort Lauderdale. According to broker Doug Ames of Premier Estate
Properties, the home is a teardown project, from a dated kitchen to
small rooms. The point lot is for sale for $9.99 million, with three
lots behind it on sale for $1.59 million, $1.49 million and $1.19
million. [SFBJ]
