The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom condominium unit, #TS-3, at 1800 Sunset Harbour Drive on the Venetian Islands’ Sunset Harbour South, near South Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.9 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $490,000, or 14 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.39 million when it hit the market in December. The 6,650-square-foot waterfront condo is listed by VInod Kulhari of Brickstone Realty. Charles Faulkner of Premier Estate Properties has the listing.
