The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 3203 Beacon Street in Pompano Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.15 million Broward County home saw a $245,000, or 18 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $1.475 million when it hit the market in February 2010. The 4,782-square-foot home sits on an 8,923-square-foot waterfront lot and has new hurricane-impact doors and windows and a new roof.
