Delray building sells for $1.02M

Boca-Raton based BOEJ has purchased a former Veterans of Foreign War
post at 5 SE 2nd Avenue in Delray Beach for $1.025 million. CB Richard
Ellis was the sole broker in the transaction for the 3,000-square-foot
property, which was built in 1948 and is one block south of Delray’s
Atlantic Avenue. “The downtown Delray Beach area continues to be a
bright spot in the investment market, and this transaction is further
evidence of the strong demand for properties in the trendy main
thoroughfare,” said Dominic Montazemi, senior associate at CBRE. TRD
