Developer Pugliese in another foreclosure suit

Anthony Pugliese III was named as a guarantor in a $12.8 million foreclosure judgment against a Coconut Creek storage facility at 5431 Johnson Road. The judgment, which was based on an $11.7 million mortgage, did not say whether Pugliese — who is also facing foreclosure at a stalled Coconut Creek apartment complex and a commercial project in Sebastian — would be liable for damages. The 71,800-square-foot building, which houses Automated Self Storage Systems, is now set to be auctioned off online by Branch Banking & Trust Co. April 12. [SFBJ]
