The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom condo, PHA, at Seacoast 5700 at 5700 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.495 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $355,000, or 12 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.85 million when it hit the market in August 2010. The 5,610-square-foot home has played host to Golda Meir and Frank Sinatra, who once performed there. It also has over 5,000 square feet of outdoor terrace and Jacuzzi space with ocean views.
