The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five- bathroom house at 7929 SW 63rd Terrace in Miami, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.799 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $200,000, or 10 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $1.999 million when it hit the market in May 2009. The 6,043-square-foot home sits on a 26,789-square-foot lot and has a pool, patios, hand-painted ceilings and fountains. Katrina Campins of Campins Company has the listing.
