New Haven at Abacoa is one of 16 new urbanist-neighborhoods in Abacoa,
which is located in Jupiter. The first of the development’s homes were
completed in 1998, with 100 townhouse now complete along with 405 single
family homes. But just 2 percent of the homes in New Haven are in
foreclosure, according to data from CoreLogic, a property and financial
information company. The median price of qualified single-family home
deals last year in the area was $364,900, which was down 30.5 percent
