Bellissimo plans $80M in improvements for Palm Beach equestrian center

Mark Bellissimo and Wellington Equestrian Partners have released an $80
million plan to improve and expand the Palm Beach International
Equestrian Center at the site that is now known as the Stadium. The
former Palm Beach Polo site will see 57 acres developed to include a new
derby field for high-end events, a new equestrian facility, the new
home of the Palm Beach Riding Academy, a special equestrian series in
2012 and a luxury condominium and hotel complex with mixed-use
residential, commercial and retail components. [Palm
