New hire to lead Kislak’s SF operations

Carlos Coloma, who has been the top producer nationally for Wells Fargo
Home Loans and Chase Manhattan Mortgage, among others, has been named to
head Kislak Mortgage’s South Florida operations, including the opening
of an office in Coral Gables. Most recently, Coloma was a branch manager
at MetLife Home Loans. Kislak is looking to expand in Miami-Dade
County, along with opening new locations to serve local homebuyers.
Kislak recently opened a new office in Melbourne, Fla. Kislak Mortgage
is the lending branch of Miami-based Kislak, a real estate investment
firm and brokerage. TRD
