Trepp acquires Investcap Advisors

Commercial real estate analytics firm Trepp has acquired Massachusetts-based technology company Investcap Advisors for an undisclosed amount, Trepp announced today. Investcap, which builds applications for online U.S. CMBS loan and property tracking, including LoanAdvisor and CREDataXpress, will help Trepp “expand the range of [commercial real estate] loan and property surveillance products it can offer,” Trepp said in a statement.
