The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, five-bathroom condominium, #6109, in Aqua at Allison Island, at 6109 W. Laguna Drive in Miami Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.5 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $400,000, or 10 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $4.9 million when it hit the market in January 2009. The price was last cut to $3.9 million in September 2010. The 4,584-square-foot villa overlooks South Beach and has designer furnishings and four outdoor terraces. Alla Nikulaicheva of Sky Realty by Mirax has the listing.
