South Beach projects launch sales

The Boulan South Beach, which was originally the Parc Place South Beach
Residences, along with the Artecity project, have both kicked off sales
campaigns looking for all-cash buyers. At the end of January, Boulan
kicked off sales starting at $351 per square foot but averaging $790 per
square foot, according to data from brokerage and consultancy Condo
Vultures. Artecity launched its sales last week at prices that average
$430 per square foot. “South Beach is one of the most sought-after
addresses for buyers looking to purchase new condos in South Florida
today,” said Peter Zalewski, founder of Condo Vultures. “At the right
price, both of these developers are positioned to tap into the deep pool
of all-cash buyers circling the market right now.” TRD
