Vitas Healthcare leases in Kendall

Vitas Healthcare has signed a lease for 15,404 square feet at the One
Seventeen Professional Arts Center on Mills Drive in Kendall. The
four-story office building was recently completed, and Vitas is the
first tenant. According to Alison Pages, senior vice president at
Colliers International, there is also a 69,000-square-foot medical and
office condo for sale next door to the property. One Seventeen
Professional Arts Center is owned by TIAA-CREF and is the first phase of
