Auction on Southwest Ranches lots

Broward’s Southwest Ranches community, which was incorporated in 2000,
has an upcoming auction of 16 home sites between one and one-and-a-half
acres set for Apr. 12. The development, which has approximately 7,100
residents, all of whom live in lots of at least one acre, is
approximately 12 miles north of Miami. The auction was announced by
Auction Company of America and Accelerated Realty, a Miami-based realty
and auction company. “Smart developer are coming back into the South
Florida market because they can buy land at prices that are 60 to 75
percent less than 2006 prices,” said Ray Princiotta, president of
Accelerated. TRD
