The new Fannie Mae help center in Miami, which opened last year, has
worked with more than 1,000 families, it announced. The center, which is
located at 2671 NW 28th Street in Miami, celebrated its one-year
anniversary this week. “Our top priority is to ensure that struggling
homeowners have access to the help they need,” said Jeff Hayward, senior
vice president at Fannie Mae’s National Servicing Organization. “More
than 60 percent of customers who have worked with our advisors at the
South Florida Mortgage Help Center have been able to retain their homes
and avoid foreclosure.” [Palm
