Boca’s 1000 Ocean hits $149M mark

Boca Raton’s 1000 Ocean project has reached $149 million in closed sales through
Mar. 18, including two new residences that recently went into contract.
Jamie Telchin, president of development for developer LXR Luxury
Resorts, said the 34 new closings and another pending one in just over a
year were a very strong sign for the property. “Our buyers are
selecting dramatically different residences and different views within
the building,” he said. “Some like the tranquility of the ocean, while
others want the vibrancy of activity that can be seen by looking out
over the Boca Beach Club and the cityscape.” Units at the property range
