The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 19050 Park Ridge Street in Weston, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.35 million Broward County home saw a $500,000, or 27 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $1.95 million when it hit the market in November, though the price was cut to $1.85 million two days after it was first listed. The 5,809-square-foot, waterfront home sits on a 17,356-square-foot lot in the gated Windmill Reserve community. It has a four-car garage, den, pool and lake view.
