The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 585 Arvida Parkway in Coral Gables, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The $6.59 million home saw a $701,000, or 10 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $7.3 million when it went on the market on November 24, 2010. The 10,166-square-foot home sits on a 45,000-square-foot lot. Edward Cecci of RE/MAX Advance Realty has the listing.
