South Florida’s food trucks continue to serve everything from mini-cupcakes to high-end grilled cheese sandwiches, with names like Miso Hungry and CheeseMe. But officials are beginning to crack down on the mobile eateries due to a lack of permits. Tensions have also risen between old-fashioned stationary restaurants and the trucks. “We’re just trying to get people to have good food and have a good time,” said Jack Garabedian, owner of Jefe’s Original, which specializes in tacos.
