Palm Beach home sells for $10M

A spec home at 11 Via Vizcaya in Palm Beach has been sold for $9.96
million, according to a deed filed in the Palm Beach County Clerk’s
Office. “The buyer got an extremely good value,” said Donald Malasky of
Malasky Homes, which developed the house. The home had originally been
listed at $11.95, after being developed to sell for $14 million. The
British West Indies-style home was sold to Stephen Magowan, listed as
co-trustee on the P.C. Grace FL Revocable Trust. The home has five
bedrooms and six bathrooms and has 119 feet of waterway frontage. [Palm
