The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, four-bathroom condo at 10225 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.9 million unit saw a $350,000, or 11 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.25 million when it went on the market on January 24, 2011. The 2,918-square-foot home is a corner apartment and has a wrap around balcony with views of the ocean and the city. Denise Rubin of Prudential Florida Realty has the listing. Condo Vultures data includes condos and single-family listings in the main metropolitan areas of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Key West that are priced at $1 million and above, and that includes photographs.
