AutoNation headquarters refinanced

The headquarters of AutoNation in Fort Lauderdale have been refinanced
for $50 million. The 17-story, 204,337-square-foot building is located
at 200 SW First Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, across from the Las Olas
Riverfront mixed-use complex. HFF worked on behalf of Stiles Financial
Services for a seven-year, 6.22 percent loan with JPMorgan Chase. Senior
managing director Paul Stasaitis led the HFF team on the deal. “This
transaction further illustrates continued improvement within the capital
markets, particularly as it relates to best-in-class owners of
