While Russian tech titan Yuri Milner broke U.S. records late last month with his $100 million Silicon Valley mansion buy, there’s a planned home just north of Boca Raton that would blow his out of the water, according to Curbed. Developer Frank McKinney has begun marketing the Manalapan project — which he won’t launch until a buyer commits — with an asking price of $135 million.
