The $2.995 million home saw a $205,000, or 6 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.895 million when it hit the market in May 2008. The price was last cut to $3.2 million in September 2010. The 5,535-square-foot, waterfront home sits on a 9,200-square-foot lot. Owner financing is available.
