Brio Tuscan Grille to Shops at Boca

Brio Tuscan Grille has leased 8,405 square feet at the Shops at Boca
Center in Boca Raton. The Italian-style restaurant, which will open next
fall, was targeting Boca Raton for a long time, according to Mickey
Finkle of Koniver Stern Group, who represents Brio. “This project offers
all of the key ingredients for their success: namely, location, strong
daytime business, a superior residential population base, excellent
co-tenancy both from surrounding retailers, restaurant, office buildings
and hotels. Other tenants to have recently joined the center include
Verizon, AT&T and Tasti-D-Lite. TRD
