The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a
three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo at 60 Edgewater Drive (#5D) in Coral
Gables, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.25 million home saw a
$145,000, or 10 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $1.395
million when it hit the market in January. This is the first price
revision for the property. The 3,165-square-foot, waterfront unit is
listed by Helen Nicastri of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Condo Vultures data includes
condos and single-family listings in the main metropolitan areas of
Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Key West that are priced at
