The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 3609 NE 27th Street in Fort Lauderdale, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The $4.7 million Broward County home saw a $1.1 million, or 19 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $7.9 million when it hit the market in October 2010. The price was last cut to $5.8 million in February. The 3,509-square-foot home sits on a 10,633-square-foot, beachfront lot. Jack Kosko of Real Living Infinity International has the listing. Condo Vultures data includes condos and single-family listings in the main metropolitan areas of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Key West that are priced at $1 million and above, and that includes photographs.
