The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 6950 Sunrise Drive in Coral Gables, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The $4.399 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $600,000, or 12 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $4.999 million when it hit the market in June 2010. The 5,944-square-foot home sits on a 14,500-square-foot, waterfront lot in the gated Sunrise Harbour community. It has a pool, dock, wine cellar and two master suites.
