Lil Wayne lists Miami home for $12.9M

Rapper Lil Wayne is looking to sell the Miami Beach home he purchased
last year for $14 million. Wayne has listed the home, which is located
on La Gorce Island, for $12.9 million, due largely to an IRS tax lien he
is dealing with. According to the government, Wayne, whose real name is
Dwayne Michael Carter, owes the IRS a total of $5.6 million. The home
