The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom single-family home at 2593 SE 8th Street in Pompano Beach, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The $4.9 million home saw a $1.09 million, or 18 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $6.9 million when it hit the market in September 2010. The 11,312-square-foot, waterfront unit is listed by Sandra Tagliamonte of Galleria International Realty. Condo Vultures data includes condos and single-family listings in the main metropolitan areas of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Key West that are priced at $1 million and above, and that include photographs.
