The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, six-bathroom single-family home at 4028 Island Estates Drive in Aventura, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The $5.1 million home saw a $300,000, or 6 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $5.8 million when it hit the market in June 2010. The 11,312-square-foot, waterfront unit is listed by Jill Hertzberg of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Condo Vultures data includes condos and single-family listings in the main metropolitan areas of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Key West that are priced at $1 million and above, and that include photographs.
