Lydecker takes 23,000 SF at 1221 Brickell

Law firm Lydecker Diaz has expanded its Miami branch with a
23,000-square-foot lease at 1221 Brickell in downtown Miami. The lease
adds 5,000 square feet of space to the firm’s Miami headquarters. The
firm is relocating from nearby 1201 Brickell, following a period in
which the firm has added more than 20 attorneys over the past three
years, a 50 percent increase. “Lydecker Diaz’ move to 1221 Brickell
Avenue enables the firm to add additional attorneys and further broaden
our expertise as one of the premier commercial litigation, corporate and
transactional firms in the region,” said founding partner Richard
Lydecker. Terranova’s Ryan Grindler represented Lydecker, while Jones
Lang LaSalle’s Scott Strickland represented the building’s owners. TRD
