The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom house at 6935 Sunrise Court in Coral Gables, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.248 million home saw a $237,000, or 10 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.86 million when it hit the market in August 2010. The price was last cut to $2.485 million in September 2010. The 3,300-square-foot, waterfront home sits on a 13,600-square-foot lot and has 120 feet of waterfrontage and a pool. Moreno Habif of Fortune International Realty has the listing.
