The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, #2205, at Bellamare at Williams Island at 6000 Island Boulevard in Aventura, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.25 million home saw a $200,000, or 14 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $1.5 million when it hit the market in October 2010. The price was last cut to $1.45 million in December 2010. The 2,180-square-foot, unit is on the 22nd floor and has views of the ocean and bay with circular terraces at each end of the unit.
