The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom house at 19141 North Bay Road in Sunny Isles Beach, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.69 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $200,000, or 7 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.19 million when it hit the market in March 2010. The price was last cut in May 2010. The 5,703-square-foot home sits on a 7,190-square-foot lot and has Jerusalem marble throughout, along with Brazilian cherry wood floors. Luz Valentine of Beachfront Realty has the listing.
