Allied Caribbean takes 45,700 SF in Medley

Allied Caribbean Distribution has signed a lease for 45,700 square feet
at Medley Distribution Center, which is located in Flagler Station Business Park. The center,
which is located at 11000 NW 92nd Terrace in Medley, was represented in
the deal by ComReal Miami’s team consisting of Ed Redlich and Chris
Spear, who led negotiations with Lincoln Property Company. “Allied
Caribbean is just one example of a company who has found ways to grow
their business in a down economy,” Spear said. The deal is another
positive sign for a strengthening Miami-Dade industrial market. TRD
