The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom house at 2550 Del Lago Drive in Fort Lauderdale, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The $12 million Broward County home saw a $4.5 million, or 27 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $16.5 million when it hit the market in 2008. The 12,187-square-foot, waterfront home sits on a 21,750-square-foot lot and has a separate guest pavilion, patio and pool areas and available membership to a private beach club.
