Home sale is largest in Coconut Grove history

The sale of 3500 Curtis Lane in Coconut Grove, which closed earlier this
month, was the largest in Coconut Grove history, with the home going
for $13.5 million after being on the market for just one month. The
seller was Dutch movie director Van deer Vlugt, who was represented by
One Sotheby’s International Realty’s Jorge Uribe, who also represented
the local Miami buyer. TRD
