The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home at 8002 Ponce de Leon Road in Coral Gables, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.15 million home saw a $100,000, or 3 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.25 million when it hit the market in December 2010. This is the first price revision for the property. The 6,494-square-foot home is listed by Josie Wang of Avatar Real Estate Services. Condo Vultures data includes condos and single-family listings in the main metropolitan areas of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Key West that are priced at $1 million and above, and that include photographs.
