Ben-Ezra defends himself against contempt

Attorney Marc Ben-Ezra, founding partner of foreclosure firm Ben-Ezra
& Katz, has submitted a sworn statement regarding the contempt order
by Circuit Judge Maxine Lando made in a February foreclosure case.
There is still no written order from the Feb. 11 hearing, and Ben-Ezra
attempts in the affidavit to demonstrate the firm’s changes in practice.
