Midtown eatery Gigi is expanding to a second branch just off of Miami
Beach’s Lincoln Road, with owner Amir Ben-Zion submitting a letter of
intent to lease 7,000 square feet at the parking garage next to the
just-opened New World Center. The garage is part of the center, which
was designed by architect Frank Gehry. The space will be dubbed ‘Gigi
Village,” which would include a burger restaurant, a “minibar” and a
cafe. Plans include show space for a gallery. [Miami
